Pat has over 12 years of experience in web content, game development and production management. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and business strategies.

Prior to founding Ratrod Studio Inc., Pat worked as a senior 3D lead artist for Fuel Industries and contributed on several high-profile games for PC, console, web and mobile devices which brought him to the top of the field. Projects include top ranked iPhone game Vans Sk8: Pool Service, Lifeboat, Microsoft Tinker, Dark Knight Gotham City Chase, SwypeOut, Hasbro Peak Performance Snowboarding and Crank Adrenaline, to name a few.

With an intensive gaming background and mid-level programming skills, he also contributes in 3D engine development and game design.


Brock has over 9 years of experience in the digital/interactive space. He is responsible for growing the business and managing client relationships.

Brock is well known in the industry for his credible business development skills. He spent over 6 1/2 years with Fuel Industries where he worked directly under the CEO + President.

Brock helped the company quadruple in revenue and grow from a team of 20 into a global player in digital brand advertising and entertainment with more than 120 staff and offices in Los Angeles, Seattle and Ottawa. Winning key accounts with brands such as Disney, Post, General Mills, Kraft, ABC, Paramount Pictures, Turner, Ubisoft, EA, Google and Microsoft.


Shohag has several years of experience in video game development and held important roles for well established companies.

After completing a bachelor degree in computer science and engineering, Shohag started his career at Deep Red Studio Ltd. where he was hired to develop triple-A social themed simulation games. He then worked at Playdom as lead developer where he was managing his team during the production of popular Facebook and iPhone social games such as TikiFarm, Verdonia, High School and MobAir.


Sylvain has been involved in the graphic design field for the past 8 years. Prior to Ratrod Studio Inc., he worked for award winning studios including Iridium 192 (Kolégram) and InnovaCom as a graphic designer / art director.

From print media to website graphics or game UI design, Sylvain does it all. His attention to detail, dedication and creativity provides him all the tools to complete any related tasks.


Samantha has over 8 years of experience in the legal administrative field and gained experience from one of the largest law firms in Canada.

With solid work ethics and a high level of professionalism, Samantha is managing the company office while handling the day-to-day administrative formalities of the office.
