Problems with Android Devices

The installation process failed when trying to download the game. What can I do?

You can try first to simply clear the cache by doing this:
• Go to Settings/Application/Manage Applications select Market, and clear the Data/cache


If that doesn’t work, then try this:
• Go to Settings/Application/Manage Applications select Market, and clear the Data/cache
• Power off the phone and physically -remove- your SD memory card.
• Power on, and install the app without your memory card inserted.
• Installation Successful!
• Once the game has been installed properly, reinstall your SD card.
• You can then go to Settings/Application/Manage Applications select Drift Mania and Move to SD card.


If none of those methods worked, please contact us using the Support Page and make sure to include your device model and OS version so our support team can find the problem.

I purchased an upgrade to a full version. Why it was not applied to my game?

You can try restarting your device or closing applications that you are not using to free up some memory. Then simply reopen the game and purchase the upgrade again using your same account. If you already completed the purchase in the past, it will not charge you again.


Problems with Apple Devices

The screen is too dark while playing the game. How can I make it brighter?

Try increasing the brightness. On your iPod or iPhone, go to “Settings” then “Brightness”. You will now be able to raise the brightness level which should help.

The game appears to “lag” once in a while, is there anything I can do to make it run faster?

Yes, if you have an older generation device, we recommend disabling the "Push Notification" and "Bluetooth" while playing games. On your iPod or iPhone, go to Settings / Notifications and switch it to Off. For the Bluetooth go to Settings / General and turn it off.

Are the games maintained or updated on a regular basis?

Definitely, we will be maintaining and regularly updating the game. Updates will include fixes for issues and also extra game content.

I think I found a problem with a game, what should I do?

We have a team devoted to building quality games. In order to improve our products, it’s important to notify us of any issues you may be experiencing. Please use the Support Page and fill up the form to let us know about the bug. Our game development team will make sure to address this issue and it will be fixed as part of the next update.

The game suddenly exits by itself while playing, what do I do?

This is usually due to high memory use. You may have other Apps (process) running in the background. We recommend closing them before playing the game. If you don’t see any improvement, you can try rebooting your device in order to free up memory. You can reboot your device by pressing and holding both the menu and power button.

I deleted one of your game from my device a while ago and decided to reinstall it but my progress has been lost.

Unfortunately, deleting the app from your device also delete your saved file. It's not possible to restore your game progress at this time. We recommend backing up your device once in a while so you can always restore it in such event.
